ABOUT ALLIANCE

In 2022, Vertical Real Estate Services and Alliance Real Estate Services merged their real estate holdings and property management companies.  This strategic move came at an opportunity in the acquisitions market. We are well positioned for growth in acquiring service industry companies that compliment our residential/commercial real estate division.

 

It was only fitting that we operate under the ALLIANCE brand as this is the path to grow--through ALLIANCES!

Currently we are heavy in fix/flip and rental properties with a value-add component, and this will continue.
